Make sure you read the instructions carefully,
as most of the simple issues are covered there.


Pedometer issues:

Q: My pedometer hasn’t got anything displayed.
A: Try removing the battery and resetting it as per the instructions. You can replace the battery with a standard AAA.

Q: My pedometer isn’t counting my steps at all.
A: Sometimes the counter balance can get jammed. Give the pedometer a sharp tap on a table, then try again.

Q: My pedometer is not counting accurately.
A: Follow the steps for adjusting your pedometer in the instructions.

Q: I’ve followed all the instructions and my pedometer still won’t work.
A: The pedometers are warranted for 30 days from date of purchase for registered purchasers. Return your pedometer to: 10,000 Steps, PO Box 211 Geelong Vic 3220 with a brief explanation and a return address and we will repair or replace it.

Q: I can't get my pedometer to measure my pulse.
A: Usually it is because you are pressing too hard on the pulse sensor. Try pressing the pulse function button then resting your index finger lightly on the pulse sensor and it will work.

Q: I broke my pedometer accidentally
A: Registered users can order a replacement pedometer for $22 plus shipping by contacting sales@10000steps.com.au


Logging issues:

Q: I can’t register on the web site
A: Some computers and internet connections won’t allow users to access the registration page. Try using another computer if possible. Otherwise, send us you registration card with a note and we’ll do it for you.

Q: I made a mistake in my logging on-line.
A:
The logging section allows you to edit your steps now. Select and remove or correct the entry.
