If your pedometer has failed during the 30 day warranty period, send it by mail (without the packaging) with your name and address and an outline of the problem and we will repair or replace the pedometer at no charge. If you have accidently broken your pedometer, registered users can purchase a replacement at a discount by using the details in the FAQ.
